Food Intolerance Tests
(With 2 Telephone Nutritional Consultations)
The First Step Test: £9.95
(Does Not Include Nutritional Consultation)

This yes/no test is a quick way to determine whether or not your symptoms could be related to foods.
The First Step Test does NOT provide a list of different foods, but tells you if you have an IgG reaction to one or more foods.
If your test shows no IgG reactions, you can rule out food as the problem. If your test shows you do have antibody reactions to one or more of the foods, this indicates that food intolerances may be causing your symptoms.
If you have a POSITIVE result, you can choose to ''upgrade'' from the First Step Test to The YorkTest FoodScan 113 Food Intolerance Programme (see below).
The test is:
• Easy to use, finger prick blood test
• Delivered to your home by first class post.
• Recommended by leading medical charity Allergy UK

Food Intolerance Tests
(With 30 Day Email Support)
The Food Intolerance Indicator Test: £19.95

This yes/no test is a quick way to determine whether or not your symptoms could be related to foods.
The indicator test does NOT provide a list of different foods, but gives you a single POSITIVE or NEGATIVE result.
If NEGATIVE, you can rule out food as the problem. , A POSITIVE result means that IgG antibodies have been detected against one or more of the foods, indicating that this may be causing your symptoms.
If you have a POSITIVE result, you can choose to ''upgrade'' from the Indicator test to a 40 , 60 , 120 or 200 food intolerance test, and we can arrange for your blood sample to be analysed fully. If you decide to ''upgrade'' within one month of receiving your Indicator result, we can use your original blood sample, therefore you do not need to request another collection kit.
If you wish to upgrade to a more comprehensive test, you will only pay the difference in price between the Indicator test and the upgrade of your choice. To upgrade just click on the link we will send you by email, or call our Customer Care number.
